This tool is used with brainstorming, to help identify a whole range of possibilities for the topic you are brainstorming.

 

 

• Create your Column Headings.  Examples for processes are  Information, Medium, Communication, Person.  Create as many as you need.

• Write your brainstorm ideas under each.  Create as many rows as you need.  You can also add one brainstorm idea to multiple columns if they apply.
